We are working to place two (2) Ohio State Constitutional Amendments of the ballot in Ohio. Amendment #1 (Section 22, Article1)
The Ohio Community Rights Amendment
Brief Summary: All power is inherent in the people. Based on this premise, we have an inalienable right to local self-governance to protect our health, safety, and welfare.
Local protective laws created by the people shall not be pre-empted by international, federal, or state level laws as long as the law does not:
restrict any legal fundamental rights or
weaken protections for natural persons
and/or the local community
Amendment #2 (Section 23, Article 1)
Right of Initiative and Referendum for People in Counties and Townships
Brief Summary: People have the right of referendum and initiative and the powers to use these rights, in order to protect their community.
